Senior Optical Technician — Precision Systems Lead

KiwiStar Optics in Wellington, NZ, seeks a senior leader for high precision optical and mechanical manufacturing. You will review processes, plan fabrication, lead design changes, and drive cost and lead time reductions while ensuring quality through metrology and testing.

The role requires at least ten years in precision optics or mechanical manufacturing, with a strong hands-on engineering capability, and qualifications including at least NCEA Level 3; Bachelor degrees are preferred.
