We are looking for a commercially focused leader who can provide strategic direction on all commercial elements, embed robust financial controls, and drive continuous improvement in compliance and reporting frameworks. 
The role also supports the delivery of high-quality domestic, hostess, and back-of-house services, ensuring hygienic, safe, and patient-focused environments in line with company and Trust standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead commercial compliance across the PFI agreement, ensuring alignment with contractual and regulatory obligations.
Own and manage KPIs, translating contractual requirements into practical compliance solutions.
Oversee financial performance, including monthly reconciliation, invoicing, deductions, and unitary charges.
Collaborate with Commercial and Finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and audit readiness.
