Senior Operations Improvement Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute strategic initiatives to improve fulfilment operations efficiency and productivity
• Develop structured project plans to address operational gaps and deliver measurable improvements
• Monitor daily operational KPIs, identify risks, and implement both short‑term fixes and long‑term solutions
• Perform root cause analysis on performance fluctuations and recommend actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance processes and system workflows
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope and resources

Qualifications
