Senior Operations Executive – Events

Job Purpose

The Senior Event Operations Executive will lead and manage the operational delivery of events ensuring seamless execution from planning through to post-event closure. This role requires strong leadership vendor management expertise and the ability to handle complex large-scale events with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event operations including planning logistics on-ground execution and post-event reporting
  
• Oversee event budgets timelines and operational plans
  
• Manage and negotiate with vendors suppliers venues and production partners
  
• Supervise on-ground teams freelancers and contractors during events
  
• Anticipate and resolve operational challenges in real time
