Senior Operation & Maintenance Engineer

Overview

Responsible for planning and supervising installation, repair, and maintenance works for power plants and port facilities, including shutdown and emergency response support. Provide technical proposals, cost estimation, O&M support, and client coordination while reporting to Japanese expatriate management.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop work plans, schedules, and preparation activities for site projects, including overall project coordination and progress control.
• Prepare technical proposals for improvements and repairs, including cost estimation and quotation preparation.
• Plan and propose annual maintenance programs, including maintenance contract renewal support.
• Manage spare parts supply, replacement proposals, procurement coordination, and delivery control.
