Job Overview
Ensure timely and accurate procurement of medicine and pharmaceuticals items for TIH.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess the need for various materials and supplies.
- Prepare and verify purchase orders as per SOP and quotations.
- Ensure material availability at minimum cost and within the shortest time frame.
- Coordinate delivery schedules and communicate with concerned departments.
- Review purchase orders regularly to ensure timely delivery.
- Evaluate and manage suppliers; maintain and update the approved vendor list.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and after‑sales terms with suppliers/vendors.
- Maintain purchase order records and prepare comparative statements when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Supply Chain or Pharm D.
- Additional certifications in supply chain will be preferred.
- 2‑3 years relevant experience.
