Senior Officer MEP - Properties Management

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in MEP maintenance
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team‑lead capacity within a Facility Management environment

Core Responsibilities

• Directly oversee FM contractor personnel to ensure operations, maintenance and extra variation works align with contract specifications, schedules and costs
• Track, analyse and resolve service requests and pending work orders within the CMMS to ensure timely completion per SLA metrics
• Conduct regular and surprise site walkthroughs jointly or independently to audit building conditions and participate in facility handover/takeover activities; generate detailed reports
