Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Human Resource Oicer with 1215 years of progressive HR experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably with a strong corporate HR background. The role requires close collaboration with plant leadership and corporate management to build a productive, compliant, and high-performance work environment. Key Responsibilities: To implement HR strategies that support corporate growth. To standardise and enforce corporate HR policies, ensuring seamless integration between corporate headquarters and manufacturing plants.
