Senior Nutritionist - Active Ageing & Community Care

Tzu-Chi Foundation (Singapore) is seeking a passionate Nutritionist to join our Community Care team, focusing on preventive health and active ageing among seniors through education, assessments and personalised interventions. This role collaborates with doctors, nurses and allied health professionals at Active Ageing Centres.

You will design nutrition programmes, deliver talks, conduct assessments, and tailor care plans to support seniors in maintaining health and quality of life.
