Senior NPD Chef: Health-Driven Menu Innovator

Calo is expanding its UAE offering and seeks a Sous Chef who can elevate meals with modern European, Levant and Asian influences while maintaining health, quality and efficient production. The role partners with the GM, Head Chef and NPD team to design, test and scale recipes for large-scale operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as a Sous Chef in hotels, casinos, catering or large restaurants, with hands-on menu ownership and strong costing and operational know-how in a fast-paced kitchen.
