Overview

Our valued client is seeking a Senior Network Support Specialist to provide operational support and evergreening across network and security environments. Join a confidential infrastructure consulting initiative supporting critical network operations within a national financial institution.

The role focuses on maintaining, analyzing, and upgrading Cisco-based and Azure cloud networking platforms to ensure stability, security, and scalability. This position offers involvement in complex production deployments, disaster recovery validation, and cross‑functional issue resolution under the direction of the Assistant Director, Network and Network Security Services.

Initial 24‑month contract with strong possibility of extension in Ottawa, ON. Hybrid work: 8 days on site per month, 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
