Senior Network Operations Analyst (Tier 3)

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously monitor the ticket queue for new incidents or service requests.
• Validate whether alerts indicate actual issues (false positives vs actionable incidents).
• Manage escalated tickets working closely with NOC and SOC engineers.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, collaboration applications, firewalls, and wireless networks.
