Successful candidates need to be comfortable with working on weekends, and rotation shifts as and when required. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 2/3 support for network infrastructure across data centers, remote branches, and overseas locations. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches (Nexus, 2960, 3750), and firewalls (Checkpoint, Juniper). Manage and support routing protocols including RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, and HSRP. Perform network health checks, DR drills, and ISDN testing for business continuity. Coordinate with vendors for SSOE deployments, hardware replacements, and RMA processes. Monitor and maintain WAN links using tools like SolarWinds, NetBrain, Riverbed, Algosec, and IBM ISM Service Desk. Support and troubleshoot VPNs, VLANs, and public cloud connectivity.
