Job Description
As a Senior Network Analyst for eClerx, you will be responsible for maintaining and upgrading network systems, troubleshooting network problems, ensuring network security, and recommending hardware and software to improve network performance.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that SLA commitments are met, including monitoring and reporting of the same
- Ensure that projects and activities are completed as per the commitment
- Conduct regular network infrastructure review to assess gaps and recommend changes to support the present organizational needs
- Optimize performance and availability of all enterprise systems
- Responds to and addresses security incidents and IT security policy violations pertaining to the enterprise infrastructure level immediately.
