Matric (essential)
Minimum 24+ months collections experience within:
Banking
Insurance
Proven exposure to late-stage and complex collections
Strong regulatory and compliance knowledge (NCA / POPIA advantageous)
Demonstrated high-performance collections track record
Confidently manage complex and late-stage collections portfolios
Apply advanced negotiation techniques to achieve successful outcomes
Conduct accurate affordability and financial assessments
