Key responsibilities
Intune / Company Portal (project + service ownership)
Deliver and own the migration of company applications into Intune Company Portal (packaging, deployment, lifecycle management).Define standards for application onboarding (testing approach, rollout method, documentation, troubleshooting playbooks).Maintain and improve the solution over time: rationalise the app catalogue, improve reliability, and drive continual service improvements.Microsoft 365 (BAU + proactive improvements)
Administer and improve core M365 services, with emphasis on SharePoint/OneDrive and tenant governance.Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated service requests from the IT Service Desk; document recurring fixes in the knowledge base.Support identity and access needs in Entra ID, including SSO configuration and Enterprise Application mana...
