LSEG's Corporate Engineering AI (CE AI) Team is building and operating in-house AI platforms and governance. The Senior Associate role focuses on evaluating MCP tools, ensuring safety, and delivering reliable test pipelines for agentic systems.

You will collaborate with ML Engineers to embed evaluative hooks, mitigate failure modes, and advance a federated quality and governance model across LSEG's MCP tools and Skills, in a tightly regulated engineering environment.
