Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain expertise in Defense Unicorns products including UDS, Fleet, and Zarf
- Translate customer requirements and mission needs into actionable work items and delivery plans
- Own mission outcomes and delivery execution with minimal oversight
- Manage backlog, sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery tracking
- Work directly with Army stakeholders to understand mission objectives and communicate progress
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Monitor delivery risks, dependencies, and issues while coordinating mitigation plans
- Partner with technical leads and engineers to ensure solutions align with customer needs
- Contribute technical input to proposals, white papers, and ROM development
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes in production (Azure AKS, AWS EKS, RKE2, K3s, or OpenShift)
