Job Description
Are you energized by complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and bankruptcy planning and emergence? As a Senior, Tax Services, you will support corporate and private equity clients through tax due diligence, structuring, and transaction planning across the deal lifecycle.
