Job Description

Job Summary: 
Responsible for driving sales and profitability through effective merchandise planning, allocation, and in-season management. The Senior Merchandising Manager is leading the Little Burgundy merchandisers and guiding them to achieve their goals as well as the company goals.

Job Responsibilities: 
Manage all replenishment of product, including setting models and transfers for their assigned brands and categories.

Develop, enhance, and leverage reporting tools and analytics to generate actionable insights that drive sales, optimize inventory turns, and improve overall profitability

Manage the merchandising team to support growth initiatives and achieve sales targets across key stores, including new openings, remodels, relocations and focus stores

Plan and manage Return-to-Vendor (RTV) activities in alignment with warehouse capacity, store operations, inventory flow, and stock turn objectives
