A leading engineering and construction business is seeking a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join its establishedmercial team in the West Midlands. Working on major building projects, you will focus on the delivery ofplex MEP packages within large-scale developments. These projects involve significant subcontractor engagement and multiple package interfaces, offering an excellent opportunity to work on technically challenging schemes within a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your new role

As a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for themercial management of MEP works from procurement through to final account. You will work closely with project teams, clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure the successfulmercial delivery of projects.Your responsibilities will include:
