Senior Meetings & Events Sales Lead

Novotel Auckland Airport is seeking an experienced M&E Sales leader to drive meetings and events sales for the Auckland Airport Precinct Hotels. You will convert inquiries into confirmed business, working closely with Operations, F&B, and cross-functional teams to deliver polished, brand-perfect service.

You will ensure flawless event execution, maintain accurate client data, and create high-quality proposals reflecting Accor standards while championing Accor values and SOPs.
