Senior Mechanical Design Engineers

Responsibilities

• Monitor planning, designing and developing mechanical engineering services like HVAC, Water supply, Drainage, Firefighting, Gas & BMS.
• Manage Design Questionnaire, Space planning, Design basis/ concept report in consultation with Electrical counterpart through the design team.
• Develop/ review mechanical calculations and schedules.
• Review mechanical design drawings at all stages and developing Specifications and BoQ.
• Prepare presentations for Client meetings.
• Should be able to communicate effectively at all levels to support collaborative work practices.
• Maintain Customer focus and adhere to the “Quality & Time”.
• Apply technical knowledge to resolve the problems and willing to learn new skills.
• Coordinate with client and local authorities for the design approval.
