Concept Creation & Prototyping:
Collaborate closely with Industrial Design, Electronics, and Product Innovation teams to generate early‑stage concepts for evaluation and testing.Develop product assembly concepts, space models, and feasibility layouts.Apply ergonomic and usability principles to hand‑held product concepts.Produce prototypes and iterate designs based on testing insights.Product Development:
Apply strong mechanical engineering fundamentals to develop robust, manufacturable designs.Define key design parameters to support creepage, clearance, and ESD compliance.Design for both high‑volume and low‑volume manufacturing environments.Demonstrate strong capability in:Concept generation and problem solving3D CAD (complex surfacing and solid modelling)Detailed part design and 2D engineering drawingsMaterials selection and manuf...
