Job Description
Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Senior Maximo Developer for their West Palm Beach, FL location. Responsibilities:
+ Work on L2 for Maximo support project.
+ Provide L2 support for IBM Maximo EAM / MAS 8 & 9 environments, ensuring timely resolution of production issues and service requests.
+ Perform issue triage, defect analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and defect fixes for functional and technical incidents.
+ Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis, impact assessments, and recommend scalable Maximo solutions.
+ Design, review, and oversee Maximo configurations, customizations, and integrations to meet business requirements. Perform peer reviews of technical designs, code changes, and defect resolutions to ensure quality and compliance.
