Job overview

The post holder will be responsible for supporting the management and delivery of training & education, supporting the SWTN governance process and managing the nursing component whilst promoting positive working relationships for the South Wales Trauma Network (SWTN) programme. The Network includes all providers of trauma care including pre-hospital care, hospital and rehabilitation services. The Network will collaborate to ensure consistency in standards of care driven by agreed policies, protocols and procedures applied across the Network, and the involvement of all Network members in a programme of continuous quality improvement informed by consistent clinical data captured through NMTR and other appropriate audit and clinical governance mechanisms.
