Portfolio Management & Growth
Own and manage the profitability, growth, and sustainability of the Marine & Specialty portfolio.Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned with company objectives.Monitor portfolio performance through key underwriting and financial metrics.Identify growth opportunities within existing and emerging market segments.Maintain underwriting discipline while achieving sustainable growth targets.Regularly review pricing adequacy, risk appetite, and portfolio composition.Technical Underwriting Leadership
