Senior Margin, Loss & Integrity Manager

Responsibilities

• This is a senior, enterprise-wide role accountable for protecting retail margin through a disciplined, data‑led approach to loss prevention, shrink reduction, and integrity controls across our store network.
• As a key member of our Retail Operations & Transformation Leadership Team, you’ll set the strategic direction for loss and integrity, lead the design and delivery of an integrated shrink programme, and ensure sustainable, compliant capability is embedded across the business.
• A key initial focus will be leading the implementation and governance of Facial Recognition Technology (FRT) as a core loss prevention tool.
• Setting strategy and vision for margin protection, loss prevention, and retail integrity across Foodstuffs.
