Senior Manufacturing Technician - 1st Shift - Pay Starting at $28.01/hr.

**Schedule:** Monday - Friday; 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with OT as needed by the business

**What you will do:**

+ Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production/welding fixtures to ensure dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and reliable operation.
+ Fabricate, modify, and improve welding fixtures to support manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Design, build, and maintain stationary and mobile storage racks, carts, and workstations to improve material flow, organization, and ergonomics.
+ Operate manual machine tools such as mills, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and saws to manufacture and repair components.
+ Perform precision machining of fixture components, replacement parts, and custom tooling.
+ Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.
+ Weld (MIG/TIG) and fabricate steel and aluminum components for manufacturing support projects.
