You will support clients with (financial) advice during  M&A or transformation projects , including  financial (vendor) due diligence  assignments,  valuations ,  business modelling ,  SPA advice and negotiations ,  M&A strategy  as well as other  corporate finance  matters. Your specific area of focus will be the Financial Services Industry.

You will work closely together with a team of experienced M&A and strategy professionals and gain exposure to a wide range of clients.
