Senior Manager/Associate Director, IT Solution

We are building an IT organization that, over the next 18 months, will move from a set of standalone services toward an All‑in‑One platform and a layer of customized services that internal customers can self‑serve. The IT Solutions team is the engine of that transformation: it takes business needs surfaced by our IT Business Partners and turns them into well‑architected, deployable, and maintainable solutions across infrastructure, security, and data.

We are looking for a solid, hands‑on IT Solution Manager to lead this team. You will own solution quality end‑to‑end, raise the technical bar, and build a team capable of operating in a highly automated, human‑and‑agent collaboration environment (e.g. one engineer orchestrating multiple AI agents). This is a builder’s role: the team today needs deeper domain expertise, broader solution coverage, and stronger execution discipline — and you are the person who establishes it.
