Senior Manager Student Counselling & Mental Health

Overview

A fantastic opportunity to lead AUT's Student Counselling and Mental Health service within an integrated student wellbeing environment. The successful candidate will guide a multidisciplinary team across AUT's campuses, with this position based at the City Campus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of counselling and mental health support for students.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Student Counselling and Mental Health service and work collaboratively across the Student Services portfolio.
• Oversee operations across AUT's campuses and ensure high standards of wellbeing services.

Qualifications and Experience

• A tertiary qualification in Psychology, Counselling, Mental Health, Social Work or similar
• A relevant professional membership with a current practicing certificate (APC)
