Summary

Leads end-to-end deal execution for complex real asset and infrastructure investments across Bell AI Fabric, with a focus on negotiations, commercial structuring, and driving outcomes through to agreement. This is a high-visibility role critical to securing the real assets that power Canada’s most comprehensive AI infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end negotiation, drafting, and redlining of M&A-like transactions and commercial agreements (LOIs, definitive agreements, complex partnerships)
  • Develop negotiation strategies, positions, and issue lists
  • Translate commercial terms into clear business, financial, and accounting implications
  • Prepare and present executive-grade materials (investment summaries, negotiation briefs, decision memos) for senior leadership and investment committees
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external counterparties
