Senior Manager, Solid Waste Services

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead overall project operations including Collection & Transportation (C&T), Processing & Disposal(P&D), transfer stations, MRFs, waste processing facilities, and landfill operations.

- Ensure efficient handling of 1,000–3,000 TPD of municipal solid waste as per contractual and

regulatory requirements. Drive operational productivity, route optimization, fleet efficiency, manpower utilization, and cost optimization initiatives.

- Ensure achievement of project KPIs, SLAs, revenue targets, profitability goals, and customer service standards.

- Collection & Transportation (C&T)

- Manage door-to-door collection, secondary collection, transportation logistics, route planning, and fleet deployment.

- Monitor daily waste lifting targets, collection efficiency, vehicle utilization, and service quality.
