Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor multiple Agile Scrum teams composed of full‑stack engineers and data engineers.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, and architects to define technical strategy, design robust platform and data architectures, and influence the product roadmap.
