PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

The Senior Manager – SME Acquisition & Sales Enablement will be responsible for driving end-to-end SME customer acquisition across all sales and servicing channels including Branch Banking, Relationship Managers (RMs), Digital Channels, Contact Centre, Partnerships, and Field Sales.

The role will own the SME acquisition strategy, lead generation programs, awareness campaigns, sales activation initiatives, conversion optimization, and performance governance to accelerate SME customer acquisition, product penetration, and portfolio growth.
