Senior Manager SBA Closing

This position manages a team responsible for overseeing the closing of all Small Business Administration (SBA) (7(a) and 504) and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) loans. Reviews required documentation to identify and resolve potential problems in the closing process. Guides and facilitates department activities by coordinating communication between both internal and external parties involved in transactions. Monitors the workflow and performance of assigned staff to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with all applicable policies while maintaining excellent service quality for Bank clients. Provides training, mentoring, and development to team and responsible for cross-training associates on loan products, commercial closing requirements, and SBA SOPs.
