Job Description About the role
As Line Manager Production Engineer & Packaging, you will directly lead and shape a high-performing engineering team to ensure stable, high-yield, and cost-effective IC manufacturing across assembly, test, and packaging. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic business delivery. Your role combines strong people leadership, operational oversight, and supplier ecosystem governance to optimize production output from industrialization to mass production

Your responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production Engineers and Package Engineers, providing clear technical direction and strong people leadership.

Own production readiness, industrialization, and high-volume manufacturing ramp-up of new products across assembly and test

Drive yield improvement, cost reduction, and production capability enhancements across wafer fab, assembly and test operations.
