We are seeking a visionary and people-focused Packaging Leader to join the Global Skin Cleansing Packaging team. This highly visible leadership role will shape the future packaging strategy for Men's and Bar Skin Cleansing brands globally, while developing and leading a high-performing team of packaging professionals. Reporting to the Global Skin Cleansing & North America Personal Care Senior Packaging Director, this leader will combine deep packaging expertise, innovation leadership, and talent development to deliver breakthrough packaging solutions that delight consumers, drive growth, and advance Unilever's commitment to sustainability. This is an opportunity to influence global brand strategy, lead complex innovation programs, coach future packaging leaders, and drive packaging excellence across one of Unilever's largest and most recognizable categories.
