The Senior Specialist: Organisational Management is accountable for defining, embedding, and continuously evolving organisational management practices that enable Absa’s strategy execution, workforce sustainability, and operating model effectiveness across the pan‑African group. The role leads enterprise‑wide organisational management capability, translating strategy into scalable structural frameworks, governance standards, and actionable insights that support business performance, regulatory integrity, and long‑term organisational health.
