Job Description
Lead and scale our Americas Operations team in a high‑impact, autonomous role. You will manage a team of Operations Analysts and own the operational backbone of our delivery organization, from project setup and data governance to executive reporting and process optimization.
Team Leadership
- Build and develop a high‑performing operations team across multiple seniority levels
- Set priorities, standards, and performance expectations aligned with delivery goals
- Act as primary escalation point for complex operational challenges
Operational Excellence
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery lifecycle, project governance, and PSA system administration (Cloud Coach, Salesforce)
- Establish and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for capacity, utilization, forecasting, and billing
