Job Description
Drive Autodesk’s Global Contingent Workforce program as a Senior Manager, overseeing MSP strategy across North America, LATAM, and EMEA markets for optimal results.
As a Senior Manager, you'll manage a team of four regional managers while collaborating with key leaders in HR, Legal, Tax, and Finance. Building a standardized, scalable framework for engaging external talent will be your primary mission, allowing you to significantly impact Autodesk's overall success. A strong executive presence will be vital for fostering influence and leading continuous improvements within the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own global strategy for engaging contingent talent
• Manage MSP ecosystem in multiple regions
• Standardize onboarding and lifecycle operations
• Facilitate SAP Fieldglass compliance practices
• Leverage data for enhanced visibility on spend
Requirements:
• 8-12+ years of experience in contingent workforce
• Expertise in managing global MSP programs
