What is the opportunity? Senior Manager, HR Operational Risk Management is responsible for leading the management and execution of Operational Risk processes within RBC’s HR, Brand, Marketing, and Corporate Citizenship (HR-BMCC) Function. In this role you will lead the execution of Operational Risk processes ensuring adherence to RBC Risk Management Policies and Standards. You will work to develop strategic solutions to address enhancements in Risk Management, providing leadership to the team in managing Operational Risk exposures. Primary Responsibilities: What will you do? 

Lead the execution of the Operational Risk Management program, in accordance with Enterprise policies and standards. Risk Management activities include, risk and control identification and assessment, risk event data collection and analysis, monitoring of key risk indicators and analysis of emerging risk exposures.
