Senior Manager, Operating Model Design & Transformation - 12 month FTC

As a Senior Manager, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to develop and deliver a broad portfolio of operating model and transformation initiatives. This role reports to the Head of Transformation & Enablement and is positioned at GEC-3 level. It offers high visibility and direct access to senior decision‑making forums. This is a varied, fast‑paced role where no two days are the same.
