Job Summary
This is a high-impact, Senior Manager-level individual contributor role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment and wants to help build a best-in-class legal function aligned to a high-velocity go-to-market engineJD and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
- This role is designed to evolve, with the opportunity to take on people leadership as the team scales
- Lead negotiation and structuring of complex, high-value enterprise SaaS agreements with strategic customers
- Partner closely with Sales leadership and executive stakeholders to enable revenue growth and shape deal strategy
- Provide clear, business-oriented legal guidance that appropriately balances risk with commercial outcomes
