Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Implementation Managers
- Set performance expectations and KPIs, conduct 1:1s and performance reviews
- Own and improve the end-to-end implementation playbook
- Build scalable processes, templates, and tooling
- Define and track team-level KPIs like trial conversion and customer satisfaction
- Serve as an escalation point for complex customer situations
- Partner with Sales, Technical Support, and Product teams
- Deliver regular reporting on team performance and conversion metrics to leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Implementation and Onboarding
- 2+ years in a people management role
- Proven experience in a SaaS environment
- Demonstrated success building or scaling implementation or customer success teams
- Strong project management skills
