(What the role is) The incumbent supports comprehensive data management and systems operations under the supervision of the Assistant Director. This role focuses on executing daily data management activities, maintaining system operations, and providing analytical support to the various operational units. He/ She works collaboratively with operational teams and technical partners to ensure data quality, system reliability, and effective analytical support for the national effort against vaping. (What you will be working on) Data Management & Infrastructure Oversight Execute daily data management operations including data collection, validation, and maintenance across vaping case management systems. Conduct data quality checks and resolve data discrepancies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of operational data.
