Senior Manager / Manager (Procurement)

As Senior Manager / Manager (Procurement) of the Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA), you will support the Assistant Director (Procurement) in managing the procurement function.

You will be working in a fast‑paced and highly volatile environment that will require you to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities concurrently.

You will play a key role in the Procurement team in the CDA. Your key responsibilities include the following:

• Execute CDA’s procurement and contract management frameworks, processes, approving authorities and templates that dovetail with the Procurement Government Instruction Manuals and the Ministry of Finance’s (MOF) Whole of Government frameworks and processes.
• Work with CDA Divisions to understand their requirements, review specifications, and formulate procurement approaches and strategies for purchases.
