Senior Manager, LCS Offering Development

Overview

Lead design and scaling of Lifecycle Services service‑based business models for mining and capital equipment to deliver customer value and support Metso's growth. Define value propositions, revenue logic, risk‑sharing structures and offering governance, and develop templates, playbooks and financial frameworks to enable scalable global execution. Require senior experience in mining, industrial services or capital equipment with strong services strategy, lifecycle economics, pricing and financial analysis skills and fluency in English. The position reports to the Director, LCS Offering Development and is preferably based in Espoo, Lappeenranta or Tampere (Finland), Brookfield or York (USA), or Montreal (Canada) with hybrid working options.
