Job Description
Lead and oversee the Human Resources function for the Clinical Laboratory & Blood Transfusion Services (BTS) Directorate Network, BTS Network, and Karachi Laboratory, providing comprehensive HR support to a workforce of over 900 employees across the network. Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Drive talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, organizational development, performance management, and change management initiatives to support operational excellence across a geographically dispersed network.
